حيث ندد البيان بالإجراءات التي يتخذها المستثمرون في الجامعات الأهلية بحق الطلبة لإجبارهم على تسديد الأقساط بوقت معين من خلال فرض ضرائب إضافية وحرمان الطالب من أداء الامتحانات. وعبر البيان عن استياء الطلبة من الإمتحان الوزاري المشترك بين الكليات الاهلية والحكومية بسبب آلية التصحيح المتبعة وما تخلفه من أضرار على الطلبة. مؤكداً على صمت الوزارة عن هذه الإجراء لفائدة المستثمرين والجهات السياسية التي تقف خلفهم.
